First of all, I just want to say that Ry's Poke Shack has probably one of the best Poke to offer on O'ahu! It's super fresh & he has many different options. The Firecracker & Night marcher poke is definitely my favorite & a must to get if you love spicy! Also, the Tsunami Nachos is so delicious! Not only is the food yummy but Ry & his wife is super friendly! Ry's Poke Shack will always be my favorite & a place I recommend to anyone that's craving poke!
Just bumped into this place after stopping for restroom. The owner is very friendly and chatty. He is very nice and kind and made suggestion of what I can choose from. I ended up got a small poke bowl with ahi tuna and limu sauce and added a scoop of imitation crab meat salad. It is a food truck setting but his truck is well decorated, with all the Netflix series mention. There is a sitting area with umbrellas which is right by his food truck. The food was amazing and so yummy. So so good! Love the line sauce if u do not like spicy like me.
Hands down the best poke I've ever had! I got the Lao-style poke bowl with crab salad, and every bite was so fresh, flavorful, and unique. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into their food. On top of that, the customer service was next level--they make you feel like ohana. Super friendly, welcoming, and just an all-around great experience. Can't wait to come back and try everything on the menu!
This family sells the best and most flavorful poke on the entire island of Oahu. They will even perform a dance and perform a Haka at request. Ask them for the Ry's special of the day to see what's the best plate he has the day you go
We were just driving along the North Shore and spotted a cluster of food trucks - at least 20! It was a foodie's dream, but also overwhelming. With so many choices, we turned to Yelp for guidance and decided to try the [Name of Food Truck, if you remember, or describe it, e.g., "bright blue food truck," "the one with the picnic tables"]. We ordered the tuna poke bowl, and it was absolutely fantastic! The tuna was incredibly fresh and the flavors were perfectly balanced. It was a delicious, spontaneous stop, and we're so glad we found this gem. Five stars for fresh, tasty poke and a great food truck experience!
